We make every effort to assure that your products arrive to you in perfect condition. If however, your shipment arrives damaged please contact us immediately. We will provide you with further instructions to remedy the situation. Please take photographs of the damage.
If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, please contact us within 7 business days for a Return Authorization number. We will accept returns for new, unused products in their original packaging. A store credit will be issued (less shipping and handling charges) for the returned product.
Products returned new and unused but with missing parts and packaging will be credited less a 20% restocking fee. Returns of used products, products without a return authorization and products returned COD will be refused and shipped back to the sender at their expense.
We are not responsible for return shipping, brokerage fees, duties and taxes. Return shipments should be packaged carefully and insured for their full value. We cannot be held responsible for returned products that fail to be delivered to us or have been damaged during return shipping.
